Hans
Martin Scheberlin. He attended the Latin conventual school in Hirsau and
started his theological studies at the University of Tübingen on June
15, 1633. He studied a while in Strassburg, September 30, 1634, and
earned his Bachelor's degree at the University of Tübingen, August 31,
1636. He was accepted in the Stift, July 11,
1636, because his home congregation, which was supposed to participate
in the payments, was very poor and he was exceptionally intelligent. So
he received a scholarship in the form of living in the Stift, which is a
dormitory. In the County Archives of Wuerttemberg in Stuttgart, two handwritten letters of Hans Martin are
kept. On the portfolio all the information about him is written, and it
says "No coat of arms," which means that the archivist has
done research on it and found out the Schaeberlins had no coat of arms. The
chapel is still the original 17th century place of worship.

He earned his Master's degree, July 30, 1637. In this
year he was 9 of 14, which means that in the academic row he is number 9
of 14 students. It is written "He preaches and studies well; about
his morals we have no complaints." In
1640-1647 he was minister in Schmieden near Stuttgart and in 1646-1647
also in Aldingen near Ludwigsburg. In 1647-1662 he was minister in
Aldingen and 1662-1681 minister in Schlaitdorf near Nürtingen. by
